Couple of factors. Elevation (small, but still factor), weight, Terrain you are running on, wind. So many things will effect that. If you are 200 pounds and hard ground and no wind you should hit the limiter. I myself run in the sand and weigh in at 300 pounds (well there is a 10 HP difference [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] ) and the only gear I cannot hit it in is 5th, everything else could bounce if I did not shift. That would be my guess.
