I pulled the carb off and could se the valves moving so I knew they weren't stuck so I went back to the electrical aspect. I bought the CDI, coil and plug wire as a combo for $20 on Ebay. Plugged that in and it fired immediately. I had spark the whole time but I couldn't really tell how "much" I had you know...
