Default 400ex little more ruff than usual on front suspension!

It seems to me my front shocks do not feel as smooth on trails as they used to be. What can i do to fix this problem? Is it too much air pressure in front tires? I have never moved my front suspension settings ever. I miss the smooth ride! thanks

She's probably just getting some wear on her. You ever think about aftermarket shocks? Works shocks aren't to pricey if you just want a replacement.

Shocks don't last forever. I run Works, which are rebuildable.

I'm not too impressed with my shocks either.. 400ex's haven't ever been to great with their suspension. A lot of people are buying new/slightly used factory shocks off of 450r's. These are a lot better and you can pick up a whole set on ebay for around $400. I plan to do this soon. If I could afford Elka's all the way around, I would.. but it's not hard to beat stock 400ex shocks.

Thinking about getting some 450r front shocks. Anyone else do this yet?
