I dont know where you are getting stock numbers on a 450,but you might get 50 hp after pipe and jet

 

I dont know where you are getting 50hp out of a stock 450 maybe after pipe and jet. Anyway Ill race it with my 250 that is getting 64hp!!!!!!!!

ya, done it in 6th too, with ease...got a 79 Husqvarna WR390 2-stroker... thing has an INSANE powerband...raced several bikes/atvs with it on the pavement..friends kx250 had it thru 2nd gear...soon as 3rd gear hit, it came out of its bogg and hit powerband and stood the front tire up and stayed up, left him like he was sittin still. same with my friends 700R raptor...husqvarna shut him down too. though it was a closer race against the 700R..now we did build one contraption the husky cant touch, and the thing is damn near suicidal...we custom built a go-kart with a 650CC crotch rocket motor on it, and couldent leave "well enough" alone with it, and put a T3 turbo on it (extreme overkill, had to make a very large waste gate to compensate for the excessive boost pressure but hey the turbo was free im not complainin [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] ). that go-kart breaks the rear tires loose on dry pavement while cruising 80+mph and putting your foot into it...turbo spools and shes in a sideways power drift.
