I agree with Hawkeye. I guess its ok that I maintain and clean both quads. She does all the inside chores. I do all the outside.

But what ever we deem good, what do you or your wife's use to clean that damn Honda black plastic running boards.............seems mud and cow sh&^ really stain it?

I hose mine off real good and wash it with a soft brush and car wash soap. I use Castrol Super Clean on the black, under the fenders and on the engine.

Every so often I use Armoral to polish it.

Last time I cleaned it I was asked if it was new and if Honda had gone back to the old body style, once he took a closer look he realized that it's not new but is does look good when it's clean. The beat tires and wheels are the real give away.

Pressure washer with the low pressure fan tip. 900psi if I remember correct. For really stuck on stuff like wet clay i grab the intermediate tip.. 1500psi I think. Then 3 pumps of grease in each zerk, and park it.

Hose the big stuff, degreaser on the air-cooled fins and other places that are really dirty, hose off, carwash soap and a bristle brush, hose off, let dry in the sun before putting away.
