Where to mount winch toggle on 03 Prairie 650?
Just installed my Warn 25ci Winch on my '03 Prairie 650. There seems to be no room on the handlebar to mount the winch thumb toggle. Where has everyone been mounting their toggle switch on their prairies? Any one have any suggestions for places? Thanks!

Someone epoxied on the left side; so it stuck out from under the handlebar plastic.
I drilled a hole through the lower handlbar plastic with the toggle sticking out towards me. If I put a winch on my P700 then I will probably epoxy it like the first example. Both are fine, but, I think I like that better.

Look at the bottom pic of my PAGE.
I swapped the side the angle bracket was on, removed the bottom lever clamp screw and got a longer one. I put a spacer behind the angle bracket to move the switch out until the fit was right. About 1/4' or so thick.
I am now looking for a water proof toggle switch that has the RED flip up cover to mount next to my gauge cluster so to prevent accidental winch movement.

on your left side brake perch there is 2 philps screws holding it on i took the bottom screw out and i found a bolt about 2'' long with same threads first i slide the toggle on then with a nut i fastened it to the end of the bolt now take another nut and thread it about 3/4'' on to the 2'' bolt now i screwed the bolt into perch and then tightened the nut up against the perch and secured nut against toggle works out sweet switch is right at your thumb and looks very clean i also put controler underneth body work right next to the air box on left side not under seat next to exuast pipe like they recomend and get good crimp on conecters #6 gauge for winch and battery cables to cut them to exact length
