EPI pro clutch kit

Default EPI pro clutch kit

Has anyone tried the pro clutch kit from epi on thier brute 750?

Default EPI pro clutch kit

I was going to but I decided on the dalton clutch kit instead and I think this is the better choice since you can fine tune with the removable clutch rivets. If you go with bigger tires you can lighten the rivets or remove them completely. With other clutch kits you have to replace clutch components. The rivets are only a $1 or so a piece.

What diffrences did you notice with the mod?

Default EPI pro clutch kit

Well it was $192 well spent. Engagement is very reasonable and practical. You still have the ability to have a smooth take off if your easy with the throttle but if you nail it from idle it bumps just hard enough to launch you like a rocket. Acceleration from dead stop to 50-55mph is improved, It does not seem to have lost or gained any top speed. Throttle response is better, especially in the trails where you use alot of midrange. If you let off and get back on it the response is instant. I promise you will not be dissapointed and it uses the yamaha clutch rivets so if you feel like doing some fine tuning you can grab some different rivets and set it up just how you like it. Let me know if you have any more questions
