It's been a damn long time since i've posted here[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] I'm thinking about picking up a dynatec cdi for my 2004 p700. Anyone running one of these things. I've heard good things I'm just looking for more opinions. Thanks

 

I've got one of the original batch in my 02, runs good, been hearing some not so good stories about them lately tho, sounds like poor quality control.

 

Mine works fantastic, no problems at all. More snort all the way to the top plus I gained a solid 2-3mph in top speed.

 

I too have one from September '04 and it works just fine. I'm thinking about selling it because I'm scared of my Brute now lol. I ride a lot of steep hills and I have to do it in hi to keep 'er from flipping.

 

i am on my third dyna ignition. first two were failures. but this latest that i received seems to work fine after the first ride. at least its lasted longer than any of the others i sure hope it holds up!

 

I also went through two recently, I am on my third now, but I tell you I could not live without this thing, it is amazing.

 

I got one about 5 weeks ago.....kicks butt, no problems

 

I bought one for my P650 2 years ago, no problems. I bought one for both of my STP/p700s last sping and the other last summer. Both are great. I think they had a badd batch of components or something or maybe Kawi changed something in the 05' that might have sent them for a loop . I love mine. I have noticed that Dyna seems to stand behind there products. But i am sure it has been frustrating for both dyna and its customers while sorting out what was going wrong.
