Is Dynatek CDI Still having problems...
#21
If they hold up, they're great. I installed one in Feb., worked until May when it put me on one cylinder. Sent it back for a refund. On the oem cdi, I can't remember hearing of a failure. I'm waiting for VDI's copperhead. Got my name on the list.

Don't forget about the cost of the programing kit. You could buy two Dyna's for the overall cost .
BTW I now have 475 miles on my Dyna and I don't know how I could ride without it, its that good. I race a couple of buddies with HL modules and its no contest.

Installed mine in early March. Went through a 500+ mi 90 degree summer with no problems at all. I switch back to the stock CDI once in a while just to see the difference the CDI makes. I can tell you it's like night and day. Best mod there is.
