I have looked several time on ebay and have never seen a block off plate for the LT80. I will try the gear removal mod. On one of my jet skis I remember just routing the hose back to the other side so it kept working but pumped oil into itself and blocked off the rest of the lines.

 

lovbyts: You must remove the clutch cover and remove the lil plastic piece that runs the pump. I then cut the supply line to the carb and plug it with a tooth-pick. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
