belt adjustment??

hello everyone!!!
its been a while for me on this fourm but..... i need help.. my nephew has an 96 lt80 and im trying to get it ready for this weekend..
how do you take up the slack in the belt... or how much play is suposed to be? well any and all would be great.....

There is no way to adjust the belt. AND there is no need to.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
Whatever condition you belt is in, is prolly just fine as the belts wear forever it seems.
Remove the front clutch and check the rollers for flat spots. replace if flat spots are present.
Zuki packs the grease in the front clutch, I have got away from that and just use a dab to hold the roller in place during installation.
Remove the rear clutch and LIGHTLY sand the contact pads. You should check the bearings while the rear clutch is out.

well thanks alot!!! i will do what you say and everything should be good... yup im new to the lt80 so i dont know much about them.. where could i get a manual for this.. or is there one online to download like the one i got for my yfz? (that would be cool) but i would buy one. just so i dont seem like a total NOOB.. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] well thanks again
