Are you talking about the CVT on a mini quad. These aren't really adjustable but are definitly workable. They do get dirty from mud/dirt and also clutch dust it self. While racing we take them apart after every day to clean, Check the roller weights( for flat spots), and just make sure everything is functioning correctly. They do get hung up easy.

This is a 3 speed with reverse manual transmission without a clutch. Can you tell me if the clutches are on the left or right side of the engine?I may end up trying to repair it myself. The company I bought the quads from(I bought 2)has yet to respond to me at all. They have been riding them since christmas and the little 110cc is getting to the point it will barely move.Do NOT purchase from RIGHTWAY ATVS!!!!Absolutly no service after the sale!

The Honda 110s had a clutch adjuster bolt, I dont remember the process off hand but have a manual at home. If that is a Honda clone its the nut/bolt in the center of the right case cover. Here is a link to a manual for Honda 110 3-wheeler. Make sure you are using the right oil too, for wet clutches.

Under the right side cover? The clutch adjusting bolt is on the right side, in the middle of the case. Clutch is on the right. Not underneath. On the underneath, next to the drain plug (looks like a second drain plug) is the cover for the timing chain adjusting bolt. That too is a bolt/locknut.
I run regular 10w40 motor oil in my 70 with no problems. I use 10w40 motorcycle or atv oil for wet clutches in the bigger ones.

I just want to thank everyone who replied. You all helped me a great deal.I took it apart this weekend and found one of the clutches completely gone.Smooth as a baby's bottom.Put it all back together using the clutch discs from the other one I ordered and now it is moving fine. Thanks again.
