I get mine at Advance Auto.
I have a friend that works at Autozone. He says they don't care much about that stuff. I did get a inline filter there once.
These petcocks....One fella explained that the fibre disc in it goes bad and pieces fall off causing problems.
I think he was correct.

Thanks! I'll try advance tomorrow. I am looking for a simple inline shutoff correct. Is that what you ask for or are they out on a shelf? I'm thinking of putting a filter on as well because Ive already cleaned the jets twice! Thanks for all the help!

I had to replace my fuel valve. The vac part was leaking fuel into the carb and flooding it. I found a new one online that seems to have helped that problem.

On the shelf in the lawnmower section.
Yes, A simple on off valve and they have the filter too.
You'll need some 3/16 rubber fuel line.
