Adam165, your fault seems like the symptoms of a blocked jet in the carb, clean the carb out first. If the bike has an electric choke, the wire going to the top of the carb will be for it. The original posting could be a blocked jet, but a special exhaust can require the carb to be re-jetted.

Ya Iam thinking it's the eliteic choke system and its probly stuck open is there any way to by pass it or manually close it?

No. Clean the carb out. If it was the choke it would either be bad to start cold or run badly hot.

Check the colour of the plug nose, white is weak, black and sooty rich. Change the plug anyway, check the air filter, adjust the valve clearances, unlikely to be them but make sure everything is right. If there was water in the float bowl when you cleaned the carb, some more may have come in from the tank so clean the carb again. A faulty CDI can cause this problem but check everything else first.
