Lt80 drive

I've had to increase my "daily medication"....

Ok, suzukicrasheridontunderstandgearing,,,,,
My sincere recomendation is to call midwest mini. Tell them you want:::
14 tooth front sprocket 428 pitch
25 tooth rear sprocket 428 pitch
Have them make you a chain that's close in length. 428 of course.
Order their chain tensioner.

Could I not just get the 13 or 14t in front with stock rear just explained it better to me I didn't understand that much but if your explain it I will be alright thx

LT80 just gave you a grocery wish list for you to order. sic'em, go order those things, get after it, get'r'done.

I'm worried about not being able to put the skid plate back on and I think I might just get a 13 or 14t front please tell me what I need to do to get those I don't want a bigger rear sprocket thx

you can shim the plate. use a measuring tape and washers on the stud bolts. you can shim it and have the clearance.

There is a physical size difference between 520 and 428 sprockets and chain. You STILL do not understand that you have 520 and 428 will not match up.
How about you go buy the book "gearing for dummy's".
What I told you , the rear is not bigger.
You wanted to know what to get and I told you.
Funny frikkin chit.

Wow what a read. you guys have some patience. My son's lt80 has a pipe,carb rejet #100main,uni filter,4 roller and clutch shoe mods. Rider weigh it approx 80 lbs sea level running 100+octane fuel & castor927oil
So heres my ? I am thinking of ordering a 428P 15F & 26R sprocket with an 18x8x8 5 hauler paddle tied to the axle
Am I gearing to high? He wants to go play in the bigger dunes in florence out on the South jetty. but in stock form just doenst have the wheel speed to get it done?
please help guys I promise i wont ask the same ? thru 4 pages LOL

opps 96 lt 80 with the stock 520 10/22 combo. converting to the above
