Default Need help- niece broke 12 spline rim- suggestions?

Hi everyone, I need some help finding a rear 12 spline wheel or hub for 50 2 stroke that has 145/70/6 wheel. It breaks my heart every time my nieces ask if I've fixed it yet. I've searched everywhere I can think and can't even get ppl to call me back. Please help with suggestions where to find something that will get these girls back on the trails.

What is it from?
Can it be welded?
I think on my daughter's Kasea Skyhawk that I had swapped hubs to run other wheels but I can't remember the size.

Post up a pic. A 12 spline seems awful coarse for a atv hub and does not even come up in a search. Mabyy you miscounted?

It looks like a weld failure...so it should be able to be re-welded...

Default Hi density plastic-can't weld. Pressed/baked coupler

i wish it were that simple. The red part of wheel is a hi density plastic. Does anyone think a brake drum with this 12 spline coupler Or even a hub that accepts bearings and weld in place would work?

Plastic...for an ATV wheel...yikes! Personally I'd weld that center piece into a steel wheel (assuming that metal is steel)...but that stuff is tricky and not for everyone...and you'd probably want to do the other one while you're at it...plastic gets brittle with age...

If it were me i would find a new axle shaft, hubs, and rims and swap over. Should be able to find a shaft that will fit

Did you ever get this figured out? I’m in the same boat and need a new rear hub that’s a 12 spline as well… It’s just as if they never existed!😂

This isn't one of those 50cc two stroke brushcutter engined "minimoto" things is it? If so, they regularly break something terminal, so can be bought for little money as "spares or repairs". Probably best to have another one just for parts.
