Hmm something wrong with thier test LT500 then, especially if it's built. My buddies nearly stock LT500 will walk away from my FX400 on top end, but mines quicker down low.

 

The more pictures of that thing I see, the more I want one...

 

I just read in the Jan. issue of Dirtwheels about the new C-Dales and this is what they said as far as power. "In our July 2001 high performance shootout the early FX 400 had an edge in top speed and acceleration over the Yamaha Raptor and DS650. The newest models like the Moto 440 are even faster". I still dont know about beating the Zilla though. I've never raced one but I know that they are fast. We will know soon when the Moto is released.
