I think a stroker or long rod is the way to go. I have a mild 420 stroker and LOVE IT! It has power everywhere, yes even bottom end, and screams on top. I can ride the dunes, or go trail riding. In fact I just did a 36 mile loop, just cruzin and the banshee performed flawlessly. I went with a 7 mm stroke, but a 4 mm is cheaper and should give nearly the same results..

In my opinion banshee motors can run awesome (mid 70's crank HP) with a set of pipes, all stock parts properly modded and ported. The crank would have to trued and welded too but all should be doable for less than a grand.

I have a 370 set up for dragging, but just finished another 370 for a friend, who rides everyday and is not one to wrench everyday. His is a 370 long rod from CT racing, and this things rips in most all throttle ranges. He is running 50/50 race fuel in it, and I would not go any leaner on this mix. CT does great work, just call Allen up and he will fix you right up.
