Default hey guys question about a street bike motor in a blaster

hey guys i went riding this weekend and i blew my full race motor for my pblaster after only about 15 hours on a fresh rebuild so i was pissed at first untill i started getting ideas.. but the only thing is it is a blster and blaster have small motor compartments and you cant stick much intot them unless you go lots of frame mods . but i am looking at like a kawsaki kz750m motor it is a twin cyl it is prety small for a 750... do you think this quad will hall *** once i am completed? has anyone ever seen any other motors put into a quad..... thanks alot there will be pics posted soon

If you're gonna build a frankenstein bike you better get something besides a short, narrow, under-braked Blaster. That is, if you want to be able to ride it without crashing every time you grab throttle. Lotta guys do bike motors in old Suzuki LT 250's, more room and better chassis than a Blaster, and they're a dime a dozen. JMO the Blaster with a modded Blaster motor is about all the chassis is good for.

I have a blaster with a GSX-R 600 motor. Yeah I had to do some mods to make it fit. It can be done. If I can get my hands on a another rolling chassis. I got a real exotic power plant I'm going to use. I got a monster RZ motor.

Cheers

The KZ motor, although not a heavy powerhouse, does make a ton of low and mid torque. You could gear it very high. They definitely dont turn a lot of RPMs, but have that Harley type power. If you want to do it, dont hesitate and jump right it

i have heard about someone local who put a kawisaki motor on a blaster and that is a quick and easy way to hall *****. You should do this project and put a cover around the sides of the engine compartment and race people with raptors, 250 R's, banshees,DS's,and preds and kill them all. *When you hit 130MPH hold on.*
