Bog with Take off?
Sounds to me like you're feeling the infamous lack of low end most banshees have. I am not a big fan of DG pipes, but they're not all that bad. They're an average performing set of pipes. My advice to you is to take a close look at that main jet. You may want to drop 1 or 2 sizes. Your "bog" may be the direct result of you pinning the throttle and being flat out too rich on top. 280 main jets sounds rich for DG pipes (at sea level).
If you REALLY want to sure up the low end then I recommend an adjustable stator plate. For $70.00 at Hi-Tech ATV you can buy one. Adjusting to +4 degrees is a piece of cake. The only extra tool you need is a $12.00 flywheel puller.
Goodluck and keep on roosting
P.S.
I have a Pro Design stator plate with +4 timing advance. I'll have to add it to my mod list. ;-) I knew I forgot something.
