Have A Tach What Should I Look For With Clutching
Should I put in the polaris brown spring it is a 85,209 will this raise my rpms or should I put in the brown spring and the heavier weights the 58g, I want to raise my rpms at WOT but keep my engagment at take off the same or maybe a 100-200 rpm lower. What combo would be best. Thanx

Try putting the brown back in with the 56g weights and see how far that gets your RPM's up. I'm pretty sure the Polaris weights have a different sized hole than the Kawi's and at $125 for a set of weights, you're going to want to use the springs for your changes. Like Bubba said, patience.

Lighter flyweights and a higher rate spring with the same engagement load will increase top end RPM. And is you get into weights, a less aggressive curavature weight will raise upper rpm. Helix?? Less angle at the end of the shift. I would definately go back with the 56 gram weights and just try different springs until you find what you like. If you have to raise engagement, you will eventually get used to it and I don't see why it would hurt anything, it shouldn't.
