I'd also like to add something I forgot to mention in the original and write-up - the Sportsman 400 is a very tough machine. I've given it its fair share of abuse, partly from treating it like a sport quad instead of a utility quad. I regularly get this thing airborne, and it's quite an experience getting this 800 lb+ machine off all four wheels. It just keeps on trucking.

I'm impressed with the stock 489's that came with mine...for a medium aggressive tire, they work quite well....the 400 hasn't taken any wild endo's...but its been easy rolled twice.....2 complete and a 2 1/4 ......nothing really hurt,
