does cody realize he isnt getting any bottom end with the hpd pipe?maybe you should just buy the pipe you want and show him the difference.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

yeah,a chain tensioner is a must.i need a new one,my hpd tensioner broke[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

I have a ported TB with a HPD trail pipe and it also bogs real bad if it is not in the pipes powerband. I have the dalton blk/orange spring that works very well,but is a bit high for hill clims etc. Is there any think that will help with the lowend bog ? lighten flywheel or smaller front sproket maybe.

Default clutch spring

The only clutch set up that works good is the one that HPD recomends.I called them and asked about the pipe and clutch kit(it was on the bike when I got it) I tried several differant springs and ended up with what they said to run.
