on the exahust are those discs good to have in there or lesser the better?? i'm trying to getthe most out of it but want ot make sure its setup properly right now all the discs are installed like whenyou first get it... LMK

the more discs the less back pressure, more topend and just the opposite is true. it depends on how you ride and how you want the quad to perform. play around and see what works for you.

 

The best thing to do is get the turn down tip, from Doug......you will still have the back Pressure. Sounds good, and looks good also.

 

hey RAJ thanks for the info ill check that out any chance you got pics of yours so i can get more ideas for mine... i just ordered new plastic for mine its going to be solid black so i think it'll look great... but trying to get ideas on more stuff to do. whats the twin air or whatever you have on yours too thanks again

well i'm looking to see what else there is to do on the bike... and how often should i clean the kn airfilter... recharge etc...

if you got some close pics of the modifications you have would be great like your pipe setup... header...

did you put the twist or kept the thumb throttle....

 

I still have the thumb throttle, I think I have a picture of my header, and pipe but i'm not for sure. I got some new pictures up last night.

 

If you are talking for a sportsaman you will have clearance problems with a rear bumper.
