i dont think there is a single clutch kit out for the 800's yet, performance wise, i think theres only 2 performance products out for it too, the Dynojet Power commander and the AAEN muffler

The 800 is the best stk. quad we have ever seen. Madcatter do you want just a bunch of bottom end or are you looking for more of an all around set-up? We can make it a little better if you have larger tires on it what does it turn for rpm's at wide open throttel on a long run?

I am running the EPI Bigfoot clutch kit in my 800. Really helps it turn the 29.5 Outlaws in the thick stuff. Does give of some top speed, but it will still hit 60.

Dalton have a clutch kit for the SP800 with oversized tires. For stock tires Dalton states the factory set up is as good as it gets....

I am just looking for more low and mid range power. With the bigger tires it lost power so I would like it more like it did with the stock tires.

I would suggest a stiffer primary spring with the larger tires like our green which has a rate of 40-140 this hsould help and maybe even a lighter set-of weights these two changes would be pretty easy if you wnated to you could also change helix and sec. spring as well but it all depends on what route you want to take.

I'm running the green spring, 58 gram heavy tips and a Team Roller Secondary Hot Seat Performance (All from Hot Seat Performance). It seams to work REAL well with my 800 clutch that I have on my machine...... I may try going with a tad heavier weights and see how that works for me sense I'm still hitting my rev limiter.
I spoke with Dale at Hot Seat and he set me up with everything.
