Hey guys,
I posted a question about brakes on a HO before and didn't get much response, It snowed here last night and we got about 3-5 inches, and I was using a buddies Griz to plow, untill the reverese cable froze! Anyways, I am thinking I want a quad. Bad! I was considering the SP500HO, the primary uses would be, plowing a small driveway, maybe various others, Ice fishing (pulling small shack and sled), Trail riding, and possibly mudding, deer hunting, and other misc stuff I can find to use it for. Think the 500HO would be a good choice? I am in Wisconsin, anyone know of a good dealer? Thanks much.

i got my h.o. last month and sold my grizzly about 2 weeks ago. i have had around 10 quads over the last 15 years, believe me no disapointments with the h.o. Much better in snow and mud than the griz. faster more ground clearance..... I can go on all day, I won't. buy it.

It would do all that you mentioned very well. Also, the hi/lo/reverse selector is a steel rod linkage rather than a cable. I have never heard of one freezing up, although I'm sure there is a first time for everything.
