Default know anything about clutches??

i know what you mean and the belt does ride right where your describing it.. when i take the cover off its not like the belt is tight i can still move itaround but once its at idol without gasing it the second i put it into gear it stalls

Default know anything about clutches??

it didnt shread competly but there were rips on the back and a bunch of the teeth came off.. but it was also the stock belt from 02 and its been submerged many times and i've put alot of stress on it going through mud, up hills, towing and the constant heating and cooling of it from mudding

that will do it i had a sled that had a belt shread the teath off of it i made it back home about 6 miles from mi house (local snosled club sten) and i babied it home and at the time i didnt know how to chang a belt and had a friend that ownd the sled befor us come out and change it and there was only 15 teeth on the things.....sorry off topic

doyou have it idled up high enough. usually it will creep a bit b4 it would stall. im surprised that it doent move the secondary clutch while in neutral.

yeah the idle should be good i have never touched it..before this problem started i could put it in gear and it wouldnt move an inch

most likey ,its the ebs busing gone bad. ASM.,CLUTCH,DRIVE,1-WAY,HLRD
1520231 1 $120.11 part number and price if its that.
