Well here is what I found. They almost fit, when the machine is sitting with it's own weight there is 1/2 in clearance as you pull down on the bush guard the space increases but if you lift up on the bush guard the space decreases to the point it would scuff the tires. The issue is if the back end comes off the ground it might rub the tires enough to hook one of the lugs. It may never happen but.
So I've ordered 1 1/4 spacers for the rear which will make the bike sit wider and it will also put the disc brake into the larger ID of the rim giving me an inch of clearance between the top of the caliper and the ID of the rear wheel. So it will be less than half the price of rims and should be a good fix for the wider tires.
Take good care

Alright Dave!
That sounds good but the only question I have is that in some states there is a max. width for ATV's. What does that put yours at? 50"? It seems like your bike would be a little more stable on sidehills though. What do you think?
Take care and keep us posted!

It should end up at 50.6 inches. I know it won't fit in my 4X8 trailer anymore but I've got an 8X12 to take care of that little problem. I think it should dig and go really well. The tires stand quite a bit taller than the stock ones. I'll have to check the pressure they left them at before I go riding. I want to put the spcers in before I take it out just in case the tires do rub or catch.
Take care,
Dave

Those are the exact tires im looking into myself and I also want to keep my browning rims, how much do the tires stick out past the fenders? Im looking to keep them stuffed under for mud protection. I was thinking maybe we could bend the sway bar end in alittle but its prolly to stout.
If you have any pics post them up for us,also what kind of coin did they run ya?

Believe it or not the sway bar is hollow and should bend fairly easy. Just be careful not to crease it. With the right tubing/pipe bender it should be easy to bend enough for the needed clearance. You could probably do it in a vise but you need to be careful. Either way heat would help.

Will you post up some pics of how the tires look on the stock wheels? Snap one for me showing the fender coverage if ya will.

Hi.
I have no problems with mine,
It looked too close at first but riding all day yesterday i had no issues with my 27 inch swamplites 9 front 11 rear.
And my bike still fits in my trailer.
So dont waste your money on spacers and crap.
spend it on gas and cleaning supply's

I think I'd be more inclined to try bending the sway bar a little, just be careful not to kink it. Shouldn't take much. Or even try it with it removed before adding spacers. One person reported removing it and said it actually handled better on the trail in his opinion. But I would be cautious with it removed if you do higher speed cornering,it might loose some stability. But since there isn't one up front the change might not be even noticable. For it to be fully effective it needs a sway bar up front as well. One way to find out! lol
