The stick stoppers should work as I believe all suspension is the same but you can verify by cross-referencing part numers. Which boot did you tear? Front. Rear, Inner, Outer? While the boot may have changed, are the joints different? If not then you should be able to use the EFI boot on the HO.
Personally, I won't try aftermarket boots again. I tried 3 different ones and they did not fit as securely as the OEM. Considering the cost of a Cv joint and the labor to change a boot, I felt it was money well spent to buy the OEM.

not according to polaris part numbers. the 2009 500's started using a different cv boot. appearantly polaris uses them also on a 2008 ranger but nobody has any aftermarket boots for them that i can find.</end quote></div>
i thought you wanted stick stoppers and not boots? the frame work is the same so it should work. polaris might have used a heavier or lighter boot so that would be the differnt pn#

The A arms the Stick stopper mount to are all the same for the 500s H.O or EFI 2004 was the first year for square tubing (was round) for the rear A arms.
So 2004-2009 will use the same stick stoppers.
