I said that they are going the way of the dinosaur. Sure, there's a few things walking around out there that are dinosaur-ish, but there aren't many. Same with 2-stroke quads. As I've said, yes, they're easier to work on, and yes, they put out more power per cc, but they are noisier and pollute more. I've seen landowners that allow trails through their property look upset when they hear the unmistakeable sound of a 2-stroke coming down the trail. I had one and the noise is the main reason I got rid of it. And, smelling like a chainsaw everytime I went for a ride added to the decision.
