i'd just layer up, follow the sun west and hump the 25 or whatever miles to a road.

The only time I've really been more than 30+ miles from a road was when I was riding in canada- but there were a few other guys with me.

I tend to stay close to the truck (within 20 miles) if I'm riding alone- otherwise, I wait until I can find a bud to ride with.
even in northern maine- you run into roads every 5- 20 miles in any direction no mater where you are (looking at google maps)

what you do once you reach a road is a whole nuther issue

CAPER,

I wish I could say that. I had a 2 hour ride after I got it and it has sit in the shed since. In the meanwhile ordered my ATVGURU brush guard installed that and the winch.
