I am trying to get it to start I have had it started before but for some reason I can't now, it has good compression and good spark. I am wondering if the carb needs to be cleaned, the battery is brand new. Any pointers or hints would be nice.

 

Having same issue did u ever figure it out from what I’ve read and watched and from what u said u replaced I’m thinking it’s ur reverse limiter and mine also going to clip the black wire and see what happens I have 110 lbs of compression a lot of spark and spraying starting fluid In it only other thing is it could be filled with gas idk I’ll know in a few days hopefully
