My guess is the Xplorer would be one very good Mudder,it can really get the wheel speed going.I just dont know about the pull off though.=BILL

Bottom line, for all you pullers, if you really want to compare your apple to the other guys orange, the only way to satisfy you, and him, is to setup both quads with identical tires, equalize any weight differences front and rear, then tie-em together on the same surface, whatever it is, and, with equally sized drivers you'll find out which quad wins a pull off, assuming this is between 2 quads, no cheating either.

Hey our old WD-45 just keeps on going!
It's got the gas motor, hand clutch, wide front & bucket loader. But when that bucket is full with no power steering it's a work out!
Not that Deere makes a bad tractor, my grandpa had those too, it's just Allis's have got style!
I mean was the D-21 not the best looking tractor
ever??? How many tractors have chrome grills????
When you dump the clutch on an Allis Chalmers the Earth rotates!
c-ya,

How about an old Farmall F-20 that's Mopar powered? It's complete with HAND brakes. Talk about being scary to drive.
And Bill, about the Xplorer in the mud, you are right. They can build alot of wheel speed in a very short distance. The one my friend has Really impressed me.

Hey Andrew Thomas, we used to have an Allis WD-45. Now we bring the Oliver tractors to the tractor pulls.

One guy around here has an Oliver 995 or 999. Man that thing is built BIG! Not a very popular tractor, it reminds me of an Allis 220 or JD 6030. Big & Bulky...

My grandpa had an Allis 185 & 200. They were good tractors but not as tough as a 220. I still like the D-21 best though
or maybe a 440 ???
