Default Sportsman 500ho, 600 or 700?

I currently have a yamaha big bear 400 4x4. Im thinking of trading it on a Sportsman. I dont know what size is the best for the money. Can anyone help me. I will be using the atv for trail riding and farm use. My big beard lacks speed and power.

I currently have an 01 500 h.o. that i am very pleased with
but if i was buying a new polaris it would be either the 600
or 700...

the 600 is only 400 dollars more around where I live and it
gives u racks and chrome wheels, drum in line shifter(with park) and a
larger engine with 25% more torque... that's a lot for 400 bucks..

I believe this makes the 600 a better buy....it also has a tighter
turning radius than the 500( 76 inches vs 82 inches).

I would go with the 600 or 700, I bought a 03 700 in January and I really like it. It has awesome power and great ground clearance and is just plain fun to ride. It took some convincing to get me to buy a Polaris, but after test driving all the big quads, the 700 was the one I liked the best and I think I made an excellent choice.
