Im going to buy a bore kit just was wondering what is best brand to buy from

Back in the day with a stock carb, I ran a 125 main and 25 pilot, With the needle on third slot. Plug burned light brown. You really have to play with the carb to get a good idle.

I just ordered new bearings for my rear axle.

Anybody got any tips, or anything specific that i need to look out for or be careful about durring installation?

Anything that would be helpful...thanks

A long bent brass bar works well. If you can get the bearings outin one piece you will have little problems. If not ,they can be a pain. Just don't forget the spacer that goes between the bearings.

I have done swing arm bearings, bur never axle bearings.

Well after four years of using my quad as a shelf, It finally lives again. But i still hate the sideways kicker!!!!! Seems all the people from back in the day moved on.

I'm missing the 5mm dowel in the camshaft, so I'm making one from the shank of a #9 drill bit. Close enough!
