It bolts right up. They are rebuildable, but determing the condition of one on Ebay or online is tough.

I am not stuck on getting a 250S shock, I would get a number of different rezzi shocks and make it work. If you lengthen the swingarm you will want a little longer one anyways and there is some room on the topd side if you are willing to work for it.

 

well I'm not really interested in lengthening my swingarm so that's why i asked. Hopefully my cousin will go in on it with me and we can pick up this 250S I have my eye on on craigslist. I told him I'd pitch in if we can swap front ends and shocks. Only problem is that he's a broke college kid too. The guy who's selling it is a pastor though so maybe he'll give us poor youth a break [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

I don't know, I'm already in love with mine and its in such good shape. The 250 is missing a rear fender and isn't nearly as good looking as mine, haha. Plus I am super pleased with the condition mine is in.

Lookin at all your guy's bikes makes me jealous. Mine runs like a top but it has quite a few small problems. I'm thinking about fixing all the quirks this spring when the RM250 wakes up from hibernation[img]i/expressions/devil.gif[/img] That is if I don't pick up another project first...

we had it at work, i think we got it at Northen Tool I think. Its actually for a trailer but it only draws 3.5 amps which is sweet!
