length of the bolts: 6 1/8th in
left to right : 2 1/2 in
frnot to back 2 11/16 in

at least thats the 230s measurements. the 230e Sould measure the same way. not sure if the lt160 is the same. i would think that it wouldn't since the jug on your quad is shorter in appearance.

Hey guys, not sure if anyone saw my question. Bit I have looked around and it should work. I'll let you know how it works out. I'm going with a 30mm oko carb also. Not sure if anyone lives in ohio, near pensylvania and new york. There is a guy on cl with a parts 230 and he has everything for it, including a works shock on the back, yeh a works. He wants 200 OBO for it all. Ill post a link to the ad if your interested, no its not mine for sale.

thought i could measure it but it ant tore down,..motor run to good to take apart,..sure its a 160,..top of head is 2-3 inches from frame mounts lining up,...dont think a 230 top end would work with shorter stroke rod?

Here's the ad, it says its got a 550cc motor in it: suzuki quadsport 230 parts

found this number on the case 6402-102882

long bolts going threw valve cover,head,..an into top of jug is 4 3/4 long a 2 1/2 apart front to back on left side....found out i might can get 2 lt160's thats been setting for pocket change,..like to find a 230 ready to set in a frame!!

i live about 2 hours away from that one. i have saw it in person. the shock seal was leaking and its crudely put together. i wouldn't trust it.

1.Does any one have a working lt230e online manual.
2.Will 230s nerf bars fit a 230e?

check ebay. you might get a PDF manual for like $5 or $10 and get it emailed right to you. and you can save it on your computer or burn it onto a blank CD for a back up copy.
