Yeah, and plus I didn't know how cheap and easy it was to build it right the first time. And I never thought I'd be hauling tons of dirt around diggin a pond.
My first trailer was built from bicycle wheels! That didn't last long.... It was nice because it was so light and the wheels being so big rolled over pretty much anything, but it just wouldn't carry any weight. I think 200lbs on an off-cambe hill and the wheels looked like noodles.

We have a small garden trailer that can actually handle 1500#, but the tire track is so narrow it gets tippy, so I want to improve that with a wider axle, it should not take to much. we have another 4x5 traler that is really stable, but the tires are so hard and skinny they want to sink in soft ground with any kind of weight.

I practically live in the woods. I catch a couple low hanging branches, but its not a big deal. Getting in and out of the garage is the only problem. My steel building has a large enough door that I can just drive in. Like I said too though, the mast comes off.
THe cheapest hydraulic setup I could find was $1500. The winch was $60 and I had the other stuff.

No problem, and thanks! But no, I haven't considered it. I just have a nice camera. 10MP Nikon S550. Great camera, good price, if anyone is in the market for one.

Alright guys, here's some pics.
Wow, the bearings were a PAIN! I was checking out my lower a-arms when I got the new bearings and I realized the old bearings were still in there. I was just the case of the old ones. And they were seized. I made a home-made bearing puller using the vise, a bolt and nut, and tons of washers. I put the a-arm on top of the vise with them opened enough to get the bearings out. Then I found a washer that fit perfect inside the a-arm. Man nevermind, its too hard to explain, I'll draw it later.
Anyways, The new ones went in great.
I cut the tie-rods in half then we used a tube that they fit into well and welded them up. My co-worker tig welded them for me.
For the upper a-arms, I just got a long bolts and cut off pieces of a winch roller fairlead roller and used that to fill the shock mount so I wouldn't pinch the mounts when I tightened it all up. I might modify that later depending on how it wears; but lets be honest, half the time I'm doing a wheelie anyways! Seems like it might hold up.
I'm super stoked that I didn't have to extend my brake lines.
I took it for a test spin around the parking lot and it rides sweet! The steering is the exact same feeling which is nice. But being it was a parking lot, I couldn't really put the shocks to the test.
The only thing that is a little different is the the wheels bow out at the top but once the you're on it, it levels out. I would assume its because the shocks mounted higher on the 250S frame and the a-arms a just a little over-extended. No biggy!
