Will this work? Just scale it until your ruler matches mine. The holes are 3-5/32 apart. Oh, and this is one for the 14T sprocket, so you can make the curve a little smaller if you want.

Car oil will make your clutch slip. You need either expensive quad/motorcycle wetclutch safe oil or pre-1988 oil. I use the stuff from walmart that says pre-1988 on the bottle. Its like $1.24 a qt.

 

i made some diamond plate mud flaps today...
could someone measure how far down the factory mud flaps hang down past the plastic fender?

 

whats a good site to buy a exhaust for my 230? looked on ebay and found one thing

None of the ones I could find for the 230 have spark arrestors included. I need one to ride where I do. I believe the cobra pipe has one you can buy for $60 bucks though. Or you could figure out how to make one.
