Check all your connections really well. Disonnect and reconnect to make sure, might even try blowing lightly on the connectors to make sure dirt hasn't lodged up in them. In years past I have been through a few stators, spark plugs, and even coils. Come to find out, the ground wire was loose.

Actually a deadbeat e-bayer screwed me. He never came and got it. Never returned e-mails and when he did he was very vague with his replys. I am waiting on e-bay for a refund for the sale (sale charges) then I am gonna relist. The new toy is here but I don't have anything worth picturing yet. I'll keep ya updated.

So, if the tip of your mixture screw was broken off and stuck in your carb, how would you get it out?

I'd need one in about a 1/32 of an inch size.

 

Any other quads use the same carb as ours'? I'd like to expand my search if I can.
