i hope i understood your question right hahaha... youre talking about a wheel -> hub nut, not a hub -> axle or spindle nut, right?

The tricky part is finding TDC on the compression stroke. There is no inspection plug you can pull out to see where the crankshaft is like most atv's. Once you find TDC on the compression, the rest is easy to explain.

I just can't think of a good way to say "shove a screwdriver in the hole and find TDC."

yeah and those super strong valve springs make finding tdc even more fun as i found out lol!
