Where in Michigan are you from gbflex? The girlfriend and I went out there last fall on a business trip for me and we got to bring wheelers to hit Silver Lake. What a blast that place is!
Next time I think we'll ferry across the lake though. After gas money, and $60 in tolls through Indiana and Illinois, its almost cheaper to ferry.

I just ordered a complete stainless bolt kit for the electric blue 230S that im building, so thats on the back burner untill everything comes in the mail. I had the day off today, so i decided to start another build of a 230S frame that i had laying around.
I sandblasted the frame down to bare metal, Sprayed it with prime, then layed on 4 coats of Dark Night Metallic paint
This a pic of the front suspension that will be going on it...
And last but not least, While i was waiting for paint to dry on the frame, i decided id recover the seat one one of my other 230S's with a peice of black vinyl that i had leftover from a job i did.

I recently flushed the old dirt and grime out of the front brakes and rebuilt the master cylinder last night. I can bench bleed it by unhooking the brake line where it hooks up to the split, and I get clean fluid without bubbles fairly quickly. The problem is I cant get the damn thing to bleed up at the calipers any suggestions? The other problem is that today after trying to trace down the reason the starter button isnt working now the damn thing wont shut off by the key switch or kill switch and the headlight isnt working. Any idea on what the culprit could be?

Well its definitely worth the trip! We stayed at the Sierra Sands Motel which was a nice, and very affordable place.
