Its kinda strange, I hear that about warriors are supposed to be faster. To the best of my knowledge, my LT230S is stock and smokes like crazy. When I drag my buddy with his stock warrior 350 with a healthy engine, I kill it. Out right obliteration.

and rebuilding your clutch sounds like what you need to do. and make sure the clutch is adjusted properly. you want your clutch to start engaging when you start releasing the lever and when you are rolling down the road bump the throttle it should bout give you wishlash if it is fully engaged.
Thanks trailrider, I already fixed the problem. The clutch hub was worn down to its last leg and so I put a new one in along with clutch plates. I also fixed the shifter problem. It was really just too lose so I bought a thicker washer and a stronger e-clip.

what sproket combo are you running? and congrats on wasting a warrior. I have never riden a stock 230, tend to add a better cam right from the start. when i build 230 engines even if someone wants a stock rebuild i use a 250s cam because it a little bit stronger through the power curve. rarely do i use a stage 2 cam. and i tend to increase the octane of their fuel. right now my 230 keeps up with a KFX450, destroys Blasters, and even a couple 300exs.

valve seals and the other components are on bikebandit.com.

Do you know how much horsepower a stock 230S has? I'm guessing about 25. If not do you know how to calculate horsepower?

As far as I know, my whole machine is stock. It tops out around 55MPH which seems about right to me. I'll know in the winter when I tear it down. Im going to go absolutely ape crap on the engine. MAXIMUM MODS.
