Remove the airbox and look into the throat of the carb. There should be 2 open air ports on the bottom of the carb throat. These are the main and pilot air jets/ They are supposed to be there and open. If they got plugged, then it will run pig rich, and not well at all

 

I figured it out. I'll post a more detailed post in a bit.

I also wanted to post for those wondering, a Warrior Shock is a direct bolt in. Rides like a dream now.

 

cool i just got done extending my swingarm 3 inches, i just got a 250r axel from ebay for 34$ shipped, i have a fresh stock built motor with a cobra aluminum pipe and k&n air filter.....machine runs like a beast, just need to widen the front a lil, i also got a set of 250r nerf bars that will be modified to fit on the sport shortly

 

BTW i think im the only one crazy enough that i read this entire thread from page one......but all the info was worth it, and i feel like i know people personally haha get that pond done yet randy?
