edkatt i ran magnecor race wires on my harley, good product worked out real good with hi output coil....i also ran nology wires on this same bike when the motor was pretty much stock/ stock coil and noticed better throttle response and high rpm. i guess everyone has opinions, for me i have had good luck, its just another part of a total performance package free flow exhaust/ air, bigger jet, hotter spark more compression etc etc etc

went to breezewood fri./sun. kid had a blast riding 8am-8pm. I can't hardly move but he's lovin life thats what its all about right. Had to run his 50 all weekend with the choke on but it acts like a different bike anybody out there have part #s for that 80 main 22.5 pilot local shop is lost and I don't see much hope yet?

I really need help on this one im going to have the head shaved, machine the rear clutch shoes, and have the carb gone through this week so far i have
put in 90 cdi
lightend clutch rollers
removed spark arrestor
drilled 1/2 hole in rear baffle
took extra piece off of air box drilled the little rivets out that held it on so theres small holes there
theres no washer were the exhaust bolts on man that pipe is tiny & no spacer in clutch
we had the carb apart didnt see the set screw under pilot maybe wasnt looking at it rite
there is a terrible lag in throttle reponce in fact sometimes trys to die i dont know if we screwed up carb. when trying to clean it and find set screw or because of new cdi the throttle response has always been terrible but i have to have idle up just so it doesnt dy when you hit the gas oh and the air box loaded up with fuel
when you hold back end up it sounds great on top end still no take off
???DO I NEED TO JET OR IS CARB JUST SCREWED UP I READ BACK ON WHOLE THREAD PLEASE HELP JUST DUMPED 210 INTO CDI AND NOW THIS
I feel dumb telling my kid oh daddy just has to do this and it will be way better im not putting on new sprocket yet because it goes blahh when you hit the gas sorry so long of message i have to figure this out getting late in season kid is riding great and trying hard i feel terrible providing him with a crappy runing machine
oh and if i could get part # of after market jets that i should use if i do need them that would be a huge help
