?????? 07 LTZ90 main jet is an 80 pilot is a 17.5
06 LTZ50 main jet is an 56 pilot is a 12.5 am i correct if so will the 07/90 pilot fit in place of the 12.5 ????? main jets are interchangable.

 

Im gonna reply and its gonna tick some of yea off, yet, the truth hurts. A DRR or DRX is an awesome bike straight out of the factory. Kids kill with it in competetion in the stock class. Why? Because its pretty much a blown race quad from the factory along with Apex and Cobra. The Suzuki/Kawi/Kymco are pretty much the family ride . Loyal as a family dog. The good old 4-stroke, just needs the valve adjustment every blue moon. Now, lets just even the odds with the "Family Dog" against the DRX50. Like I said, a DRX50 is awesome in stock form, well, a Kawi/Suzuki is awesome in production form!!!! Granted my son and myself run harescambles,but that little 4-stroke 50 puts many to shame. Our series doesnt have a 50 production class, just a stock 50 class, so my son has to run the 51-70cc modified class since he run's a FMF pipe. Dont think for a minute he gets his butt handed to him because he doesnt. He has beaten DRR's along with the rest. He has also got beat by DRR'S and the rest .LOL
Dont think that little Suzuki wont compete, it will. You just have to find the secret on how too unlock it. And from what I can tell, this thread has been going forever!! Good luck and hope to see yea on the battlefield!!!

figured out that water crossing problem just picked up a large tube of diletric compound and pulled all plug wire boots back and squeazed in till it ozzed out from everywhere kid hit every mud hole he could find no problem now

 

Yea I know 50cc modified but we're all out of goodies to buy we need more stuff
Where's our A-arms for the ruts where's our piston kit & cams we still need more stuff to level out this playing field....


I was even thinking about buying the lt80 front suspension from ct and making my own front a-arms but this is beginning be more than I bargained for....

You're right, my mistake...........I still have the stock 12.5 pilot jet, but the 80.0 main jet (for the Z90) in my Z50.

If I recall, the pilot jets are interchangable, even the same as my Yami 350, but THAT has a stock 22.5 pilot jet. (I thought I put them up together to see if they had the same diameter, but it's a while though).

I've been using the 12.5 all along and it appears to work fine, but who knows, going up to the 17.5 or even the 22.5 may run even better.........let me know if it does if you decide to change them.

22.5 IN THE YAMI 350 ALREADY THINKING
