Its will still be a dog after doing only those mods however. You really need to get a new CDI and remove some of those heavy clutch rollers to see much improvement in performance.

Anybody else have the CT clutch kit yet?...
Mine is still sluggish off the start with the CT clutch...I got the yellow springs in on the secondary clutch....just seems to rev a little longer before take off...it also came with black springs(softest) and white the (strongest)...gonna put the black springs in and see if it helps...I may be a little rich with a 77.5 main in....may also try the 75 main this weekend

Have you tried stock clutch with only 3 rollers as a comparison to the CT clutch kit? My sons runs really well with just 3 of the stock rollers and no spring changes..
Do you know what each the CT rollers weigh?

I've got a pipe and jets on the way from C.T. Racing. This means I'll be pulling body panels. How am I supposed to get those snap fasteners out without breaking them? Am I supposed to break them and then buy more?
The pipe will be my 2nd mod, after the 43 tooth rear sprocket. I'll post on it's performance. The sprocket alone made a huge difference. I did have to cut one lug off.
If the pipe, jets and sprocket don't cause the tires to spin when it's stuck in a gully I'll upgrade to a 48 tooth sprocket.
Thanks to who ever you are for the tip on the LED lights.

Take a pin or a small screw driver and push the center of the snaps in then pull the whole piece out of the plastic, to put them back in push the center piece all the way back out but them in the plastic then push in slightly to make the pin flush

Remember this is a 4-stoke. Unlike a 2-stroke where you can simply machine the head to increase compression that isn't necessarily recommended in the case of a 4-stroke. To get higher comp on a 4-stroke you typially want to go to a high comp piston kit.

i know its a 4 stroke, it does have adjustable valves, i have the head off and its basically the same procedure as bumping compression in a 2 stroke, to replace the piston youll have to separate the case or that at least how it looks on suzukis microfiche

GIVE ME A WEEK OR SO AND ILL LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW SHE RUNS, HOW MUCH I DECKED THE HEAD ETC ETC.......STOCK ITS AROUND 8.4 COMPRESSION................... WITH THE HEAD SHAVED ID LIKE TO BE AROUND 9.0 OR BETTER
