ltz50 quad no power

so removing the "spacer" in the transmission does nothing?

Yes removing the spacer is your first step. It will increase the speed. But you will probably end up doing all these things we have.

I have only broke one so far and I just push the center pin back up and through with the handle of a hammer or big screwdriver. The one I broke I replaced with the style thats on my Outlaw 90. It has a flat groove that you can easily put a flat head in and pop up. Thats all I will put in if I break any more.

edkatt tell us some specs on the rider
he looks like he is awful tall maybe you should just got a bigger bike[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

He is a big boy. He is 4' tall and weighs around 58 lbs. He is 5 years old. You dont think he is too big for it do you? He rides the 90 sometimes with no problems but I dont let him jump it.

Edkatt,

I know enough mechanically to get myself in trouble. I took the CVT cover off. Now, are the rollers in the front or the rear of the CVT. Next, if they are in the rear, how do I get the part to keep from spinning to loosen the nut to get to the rollers.

Told ya, enough to get myself in trouble. Thanks for the help.
