I have only broke one so far and I just push the center pin back up and through with the handle of a hammer or big screwdriver. The one I broke I replaced with the style thats on my Outlaw 90. It has a flat groove that you can easily put a flat head in and pop up. Thats all I will put in if I break any more.

Edkatt,
I know enough mechanically to get myself in trouble. I took the CVT cover off. Now, are the rollers in the front or the rear of the CVT. Next, if they are in the rear, how do I get the part to keep from spinning to loosen the nut to get to the rollers.
Told ya, enough to get myself in trouble. Thanks for the help.
