Thats great info,
I will get some as soon as I can.
I just noticed while looking at my bank statement that the Suzuki dealer I ordered a carb kit from two weeks has charged my debit card.
Guess I better get there and get my kit.
Don't think I need it now but it won't hurt to have it around.
Wished I would have found this forum sooner as it would have saved me cash that I could use for gas.
Took so long that I forgot that I ordered it.
I am going to add a filter to the carb vent hose also and THANKS Greeneiger for the photo.

I got shell shocked about the price of gasoline , i was in the Hospiital the 13 th to the 16th and when i got out on the 16th gas had gone up 21 cents a gallon ; and they're saying that gas will be $4.00 a gallon by July it's $3.50 a gallon now in GA. !
On a fixed incme it's hard to make end's meet , with gas so high after paying the bill's there's not a whole lot left over to buy fuel to drive the 50 mile's to the trail system i like to ride most ; but i'll just give up something i can live without to buy fuel to ride !
I would install a clear fuel filter between the gas tank and carburator , you can see at a glance if you get water or trash from pump fuel ; i use a gas jug that has a filter to catch trash out of the jug !
I've noticed since i got my first quad in 1989 i would take a new gas jug and fill it up from the pump , then when i started to pour fuel from the jug i could see trash in the bottom of the jug ; and there was only one place it could've come from the pump !
That's when i desided to find a spout with a strainer in the cap to filter out any trash , the pump pick's up trash and water when the fuel tank's at the gas station's tank's get low ; i alway's try to go to the station's that sell's the most fuel !......
