Yikes, thats pretty beat up. I don't know man, I think there's probably a better deal to be had out there. If it was a more popular vehicle with more readily available parts then I'd say go for it, but since it isn't..... I wouldn't spend my $200 on it.

If you have some fabrication skills and a nice shop you could probably remake some of the components but again, thats a lot of work. You could probably scavenge up a 250 or something somewhere for under a grand. Prowl around on Craigslist some and see if you can come up with something.

If you are mechanically inclined, and only want to spend a little money just buy a new chinese quad like a jetmoto 200 or something. It will work good for a 7 year old and 4 year old. I do have to say that they require quite a bit of maintence but the engines are pretty dang powerfull

Yeah If you put a want ad on craigslist and state what you want and how much you want to spend someone will have something good for you. I just spent 50 bucks on an LT 125 and it took two hours to get it running just keep looking you will find something better

Wow, Thanks for all the info guys! I decided not even to go look at that quad. The guy is asking $225 and after several emails and trying to get the price around $150 considering all the damage, the best he would do is $220! Guess he really doesn't want to sell it.

I don't need anything fancy. I can do work on it myself. Just want something decent to teach my boys with before hopefully buying some new ones for them over the summer.

Thanks again. Anyone come up with anything for me please PM or post here.
